Wash & Blow - from £12.
A soothing and massaging wash with high quality pet shampoo & coat conditioners.
Suitable for short haired breeds or in between normal grooming / clipping appointments
on long coated breeds. On arrival your pet will have an assessment of their coat and skin and a
suitable bathing package will then be scheduled. If your pet is under veterinary treatment for any
skin conditions then you must tell me this when booking in.

Top2Toe Styling - clipping from £25, brush outs from £30.
Top to toe brush out getting rid of dead moulting hair, followed by a soothing and massaging
wash with high quality pet shampoo & coat conditioners. Clipping, thinning and styling to breed
standard or owners preference. Body maintenance including ear cleaning (plucking if appropriate),
eye cleaning and nail clipping or filing. Your pets pamper finishes with a spray of refreshing cologne.

WHILST CLIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON ALL BREEDS FROM TALL TO SMALL I UNFORTUNATELY
NO LONGER OFFER A BRUSH OUT SERVICE FOR THICK DOUBLE COATED DOGS DUE TO THE
INTENSE LABOUR AND TIME REQUIRED ON THEM. THIS IS DUE TO HAVING CARPAL TUNNEL
IN BOTH OF MY HANDS AND I CAN NO LONGER GRIP THE COMBS OR BRUSHES FOR THE
PERIODS OF TIME NEEDED FOR THESE DOGS.
De-matting
Unfortunately some pets do get tangled and matted due to their lifestyle and whilst I
offer grooming and styling to breed standard I can not work miracles on some matted pets.
I do not bath pets with matted coats as the matts tighten when wet and the pet would not be
cleaned properly. It is also very painful and stressful for animals to be put through the process
of trying to comb out matts and tangles and therefore the right is reserved to either decline a
matted pet for grooming or offer a clip off only service.
The hair will be very short (approximately 1/8 inch long) but will quickly grow back and can
then be groomed in the appropriate style on the pets next visit as long as it has not been
allowed to get into the matted state again. Matted animals take considerably longer to deal
with than unmatted pets, therefore when you book your pets pamper session please tell me so
that an appropriate time slot can be booked.
Pets which are continually presented with matts will always incur a surcharge on top of
normal grooming prices and appointments may not always be available due to regular client
workload. In the long run it saves you money to be a regular customer what ever establishment
you decide to use!
Whilst most animals brought to the salon are lovingly cared for pets I do cater for newly
adopted pets which may not be fortunate enough to be in top health or condition. I will
assess your pet and co-ordinate an adequate package to get the animal back looking like the
healthy pet it should be.
Any prices quoted before actually seeing your pet are based on animals which are presented
with good general coat condition with no MATTING which means you part the pets hair
anywhere on its body and you should be able to get a comb through the coat from the skin
to the hair tip, NOT just through the top coat.
