A soothing and massaging wash with high quality pet shampoo & coat conditioners. Suitable for short haired
breeds or in between normal grooming / clipping appointments on long coated breeds.

Top to toe brush out getting rid of dead moulting hair, followed by a soothing and massaging wash with high
quality pet shampoo & coat conditioners. Clipping, thinning and styling to breed standard or owners
preference. Body maintenance including ear cleaning (plucking if appropriate), eye cleaning and nail clipping
or filing. Minor teeth scaling / brushing if required. Finishing with a spray of refreshing cologne scent.

We acknowledge that some pets do get tangled and matted due to their lifestyle and whilst we offer
grooming and styling to breed standard we can not work miracles on some matted pets. Pets can not be
bathed with matted coats as the matts tighten when wet and the pet would not be cleaned properly. It is
also very painful and stressful for animals to be put through the process of trying to comb out matts and
tangles and therefore the right is reserved to either decline a matted pet for grooming or offer a clip off
only service. The hair will be very short but will quickly grow back and can be re-groomed in the
appropriate style on the pets next visit as long as it has not been allowed to get into the matted state
again. Matted animals take considerably more time to deal with than unmatted pets, therefore when you
book your pets pamper session please ask for a quote stating that the pet is matted.

All breeds and sizes of pet are welcome at The Woof Wash, we don't turn any pet away - unless they like to
eat groomers! Our moto is 'Small to tall we do them all!'

Whilst most animals brought to the salon are lovingly cared for pets we do cater for newly adopted pets
which may not be fortunate enough to be in top health or condition. We can assess your pets coat and skin
condition and co-ordinate an adequate package to get the animal back looking like the healthy pet it should
be.
