SALON TERMS
(please read before ringing)

We love to hear from new clients as well as our many existing ones and we pride ourselves in giving good service which is why
we retain our customers, some have tried other groomers but have returned to The Woof Wash because we are good at what we
do. Therefore please be aware that we are a very busy salon and can not always accommodate your grooming requirement
immediately. Our regular customers keep our diary very busy so please bare this in mind when you are ringing for an
appointment.

Styling appointments are generally two hour slots dependent on pet size and condition and you will be asked to drop your pet
off at the given appointment time and collect once we have rang you to confirm pamper completion.

On Saturdays the salon is only open for Wash & Blow's on short haired breeds. This is due to our boutique becoming very busy
on this day, we just can not commit the time to clipping and styling with the high volume of retail customers coming in and out
of the shop.

If you need to cancel your appointment please do so as soon as possible preferably giving 24 hours notice but you must phone
us no later than 9.30am on the appointment day to give us chance to offer the appointment slot to someone else. If the answer
machine picks up please still leave a message. If you fail to cancel and just don't turn up we will not re-book any appointment
unless prepayment is made beforehand for the service required.

Nail clipping and Micro-chipping is usually available without an appointment but please ring to confirm first.
